TVB Tuscan wine bar in Province of Siena

"Un Gioiello Nascosto che Rimpiango di non Aver Scoperto Prima Onestamente? Se un amico non mi ci avesse trascinato, probabilmente non ci sarei mai capitato. E che errore colossale sarebbe stato, quasi me ne vergogno. Il locale è un piccolo scrigno, intimo e curato, perfetto per una serata tranquilla. L'unico "difetto", se così si può chiamare, è che i posti sono pochi ed è quasi d'obbligo prenotare per assicurarsi un tavolo. Ma è la cucina a lasciare senza parole. Quando è arrivata la tartare, il profumo delicato della carne di prima scelta ha anticipato tutto. Il primo assaggio è stato folgorante: la morbidezza della carne battuta al coltello in perfetto contrasto con la nota croccante di una guarnizione. Ogni piatto che è seguito ha confermato questo altissimo livello. Mi sono girato verso il mio amico e ho solo detto: "Avevi ragione tu". Servizio impeccabile."

"In un weekend fuori porta non si poteva sperare di trovare di meglio, accoglienza cordiale e professionale, con consigli apprezzati e che soddisfacevano ancor di più le nostre serate, serate perché se ci vai una volta ci torni! I piatti davvero squisiti, abbinamenti e porzioni equilibrate che ne esaltavano ancora di più la bontà. Il carpaccio una volta assaggiato richiedeva per forza un bis! Consiglio a tutti di provare non ve ne pentirete e troverete il vostro posto del cuore!"

"What a nice and great unexpected experience. We were staying close by at a beautiful location, called Cassale di Cellole (beautiful place, highly recommanded). I spotted the Tuscan Wine bar on our way to Firenze along the road; We expected and hoped for in the first place a good glass of wine after a sunny and relaxing day. But it brought us so much more, and was highly appreciated. It doesn't show at the first impression, but the gentle and honest service and most of all the suprise of experiencing a variety of typical Italian/tuscan dishes (to be shared) made that we had a very special evening; Starting with crostines in a different way combined with a slight sweet taste, absoluteley fabulous, Steak tartare prepared in a very tasteful way with pecorino cheese. We finised with a specialty that looked like tuna fish but actually was soft well prepared pork, which was very delicate and tasteful. Thank you for un unexpected very nice evening. Hope the future will bring you all the best, you deserve it. Especially after/during a though time with Covid19. When you are in the neighourhood, please visit the Tuscan Wine Bar. "Sliced beef tongue and wine stewed pork are great! The beef paired nicely with the special sauce, and the stewed pork is tasty. We Like the white beans in the pork dish, full of flavour. And we also enjoy the ice cream and the beer."

"Se vi piace la tartare siete nel posto giusto! Qualità della carne superiore e abbinamenti ricercati fanno di questo piccolo posto una grande scoperta nell’immediata periferia di Siena, ci sono stato più volte e non ci sono solo le tartare ma altri piatti ottimi e gustosi come la tagliata ,carpaccio ma il piatto forte secondo me sono i salumi e i formaggi, personalmente su Siena non ho mai mangiato affettati cosi buoni...quelli valgono assolutamente il prezzo del biglietto. Locale pulito e curato con un’ampia scelta di piatti della tradizione toscana, vini e soprattutto champagne! Grazie alla prossima ed è sempre un piacere"

"Locale piccolo ma accogliente Personale gentile . Menu non ampio ma va bene cosi . Mangiato una buonissima prippa e un eccellente tartare. Da ritornare per assaggiare carpacci vari e da provare anche il tagliere. Bravissimi avete avuto un ottima idea."

"Simply perfect! All food was something special, with a twist. The star was of course beef tartar - on a bed of crumbled biscotti with pickled onions. The staff is super nice which made the whole experience just perfect. I would recommend TVB bar to anyone on a way to Siena."
